A bit of background for you
At Siemens, we are proud of the culture created by our hard working employees. We believe everyone wants and should do their best because without our smart minds there would be neither innovation or progress. We like to honour this commitment and as a company we offer a unique range of adaptable benefits to support you and your team both at work and at home.
How to use this toolkit
Whether you are new to Siemens, a manager, or looking to know more about your benefits here at Siemens. This toolkit brings together useful information about the benefits on offer so it’s quick and easy to find it when you need it.
As a manager, you can also use it as a reference document when you’re having conversations with your team. To get you started we'd recommend introducing benefits as part of your conversation with the team:
• If a colleague or team member needs signposting to benefit support
• As a reminder of the support and benefits on offer, during Growth Talks and Pay Review conversations
Why we offer benefits
Why is it helpful to know about the benefits offered? The package at Siemens is about more than salary (even though we know that’s important). We invest in a range of options for employees that are designed to look after their financial health, now and in the future, and make sure they stay as healthy as they can. All of this helps them get more out of life at work and at home. We believe our benefits differentiate us from our competitors and, if an employee is looking at career options with another company, our benefits could be enough to encourage them to stay. So making sure employees are getting the most out of what’s on offer is good for them, good for you and it’s good for the company.

The 'For my...' categories, in the menu above and below, give you an overview of the benefits in each category and their key features.
Some benefits on offer are free and accessible 24/7 and others may need selecting either anytime during the year or within the My Benefits annual enrolment window (typically during November – December).
