As a manager, you can also use it as a reference document when you’re having conversations with your team. To get you started we'd recommend introducing benefits as part of your conversation with the team:

Why we offer benefits
Why is it helpful to know about the benefits offered? The package at Siemens is about more than salary (even though we know that’s important). We invest in a range of options for employees that are designed to look after their financial health, now and in the future, and make sure they stay as healthy as they can. All of this helps them get more out of life at work and at home. We believe our benefits differentiate us from our competitors and, if an employee is looking at career options with another company, our benefits could be enough to encourage them to stay.
